Customers’ needs are at the heart of everything that we do at St Leger Homes. Our staff members are here to help and support you with any issues that you may be facing. When we meet tenants face-to-face or talk with you on the phone, the vast majority of the time people are calm and reasonable – even when they are telling us about a problem that they are having.
However, there have been some instances where people have unfortunately been abusive or threatening to members of staff.
We would like to politely remind everyone this sort of behaviour is unacceptable, and we will always take action when it happens. Thank you very much for your cooperation with this matter.
