2024 Community Resource Guide
The Community Resource Guide is an annual directory developed and published in partnership with the Baltimore City Aging & CARE services and the Baltimore County Department of Aging to create one regional resource directory for Baltimore residents. The directory’s content has been expanded to accommodate resources and services that range from adult day care to recreation and travel.
BCHD Aging Services is pleased to offer free copies of the 2024 Community Resource Guide at Baltimore City senior centers, libraries, and Social Security offices. Interested parties may also obtain a copy of the publication from Maryland Access Point (MAP) of Baltimore City by calling 410-396-2237 (CARE).
